為了你們以後可以和孩子講古,我還是該勤奮些記載一下我們共同的曾經....2015的聖誕很特別因為有遠到而來的姑姑和表哥和我們同聚,這頓聖誕餐,一邊享著美食,一邊聽著姑姑講古...,屋內比往年多了更多的笑聲,好一個平安夜!
平時都是吃中餐, 聖誕我們就入境隨俗,
也來上個西餐,有模有樣的放上杯盤
當然菜單是不可缺的
餐前的起士盤是小虎的傑作
大老虎教會我們的美食--義大利火腿夾哈蜜瓜,好食!
接著就是Appetizer
Egg Custard with Scallops
Salad--大老虎調製
Mixed Greens with assorted fruit, tomatoes &
honey goat cheese drizzled with balsamic vinegar
Soup--Roasted butternut squash and carrot soup
with bacon crumble --大老虎拿手菜
First Course
Crispy sea bass with assorted mushrooms, water chestnuts
and sweet rice wine reduction
Second Course
Pan seared scallops with cranberry sauce
**這道菜虎媽閃神沒能達到水準**
Third Course
Surf and turf filet mignon with Alaskan crab legs
Dessert
Coffee cake with pecans and whipped cream
聖誕過後就是新的2016來到,
